I REALLY loved the food! But first I want to say THANK YOU to Lil' Shalom for using mostly non-plastic materials for the take out cartons. Mostly all paper bags and paper containers. Only 1 plastic item. I actually often avoid getting take out because of the single serve plastic waste. Nice job and thank you!!!
So. Now. The food!!! I had mushroom Pritriyot Hummus (OMG the flavors!) and Grilled Cauliflower with tahini and pickled onion (also OMG so good). I added a chicken kebab which was a fantastic choice. I added an extra pita and... not if but when, I order this all again, I will add a side of fresh cucumbers. Last but absolutely not east- GET the Chocolate Olive Oil Cake! So soft and moist and chocolatey! The topping was savory and sweet with amazing sesame brittle stuff. OMG that cake!!

My Husband & I have always enjoyed Lil' Shalom's menu. However,
our delivery today was disappointing. Both balance & quality was missing. The Proteins need to be honored first and both sandwiches
were overstuffed with wet ingredients, which breaks the Pita apart,
The staff needs to be guided by ratio .. Gyro meat was over cooked... the chicken could have been juicier .. if quality & balance are in place,
Less can be More!

Food was good but portions were small for the price, particularly the Grilled Cauliflower- it was like 1/8 of a cauliflower head and for over $12. The Burnt Beef Ends Hummus was the best dish, but again smaller portion than expected. The Bowl O’ Falafel was overly crispy but otherwise good. The Tahini Cookie had a unique flavor.

The taste of the food was amazing, super good and id loved each bite! But, for the amount of food I paid for, I'll think twice before ordering again. The Grilled Cauliflower was tasty, but for $11, I would say there was about an 1/8 total of a head of cauliflower in it. Brussel sprouts too. Good flavor, but probably 6 in total, for $16?! Burnt ends were my favorite, carrots were fresh and crisp, but again, all overp for the portion size.

forgot my $18 hummus, and they seem to prepare your food like they intentionally do not want you ordering from here again. the restaurant in person is great but paying $20 for a soggy half pita with shawarma delivered from 5 minutes away is a problem.
