The Yang Chow Fried Rice / 扬州炒饭 was really nice and the Chili with Preserved Egg is outstanding. However, the Bais beef brisket w. quail eggs(spicy) 风味牛腩 didn't seem to have any brisket but rather a lot of collagen, which appeared to be some other part or Offal.

The food was neither fresh nor tasty. EverFirst,about this order sucks. The fish fillet soup I ordered had very unfresh fish, with a sandy texture. Then, the soup was filled with hard black peppercorns, making it undrinkable. Lastly, I ordered preserved egg, but the restaurant replaced it with eggplant without notifying me. It was a terrible experience—the dishes were expensive, portions were small, and the food was neither fresh nor delicious. I will absolutely not order from here again.

I never leave reviews but this food was so good that I had to! I ordered the chicken with string beans and the chicken fried rice. It was so seasoned and flavorful that I didnt need to even use any sauces or seasonings. I will be a repeat offender! Thank you.
