I want to ask for revisions on the GUNG BAO CHICKEN.
The traditional dish uses vegetables like cucumber and carrots . However this dish only uses green onion that's usually used for garnishing and flavor. And lots of big chunk green onion. They are just used to fill in the portion, the only edible parts are the chicken and peanuts.
The sauces... it's supposed to be a spicy soybean paste. But this dish is overly sour with vinegar. I do like the numbing spicy, but the sour taste should never go into the kung pao chicken flavor.
The overall dish is nothing like what the dish supposed to be. I know the restaurant may be a fusion restaurant to fit in with local cuisine. But please don't go too far off. Should not give people the wrong impression on what one of the most famous dish should be like.

I love salt and pepper tofu and get it often at several restaurants despite not being a vegetarian. This was the worst preparation I have had as the tofu is so soggy due to being cut too big and not using the right firmness/properly drained/ bland batter. The vegetables were decent but won't be ordering from this restaurant again.

I loved all the menu from Lionhead. I have no idea what is going on, is this some different restaurant..? This is the same shop in Cap hill right..? Is the chef changed? Idk, but Mapo tofu taste is dramatically changed, sauce is awful and hard to find tofu. Previously, it has plenty of tofu soaked the fantastic authentic sauce fully, it was the best mapo tofu I ever had. But not anymore. Maybe my rating is too harsh, but that much I am dissapointed. (I was willing to pay $22 for one dish, now I am wondering why is this cost this much.)

It's slowly been going down in quality for a while now. Even when you dine in person so I don't think it's just a delivery thing. It's alright for delivery food though (if you're willing to pay that much for mid Sichuan).
