I remember years ago, trying Lisa's Chicken simply out of convenience because vit happened to be in the same beer store/gas station that I stopped in to fill up and grab a 12 pack. Fast forward to driving out of my way to find Lisa's because the food is so totally down home comforting in comparison to what people will pay for good food, Lisa's remains the least expensive of everywhere. You can get dinner for yourself at a multitude of places but you can feed a family for about the same price at Lisa's, and this is a resounding fact!

i love the fish sm, the fried ocra and mashed potato combe is elite, i wish they had like lemons for the fish cause its a lil dry but its a lot of food for the price and i wont stop ordering anytime soon

This is by far the best fried chicken I have had in Fort Worth! I had legs and thighs that were large, juicy, and delicious! The Mac and cheese was creamy and cheesy! by far the best. I also received it hot and fresh. I will never go anywhere else for 3 Pcs. Fried Chicken Dinner, 2 Small Sides .

The fish meal was great. There was enough to feed two people. The gizzards were okay, they were overly salty. The gravy helped a little. l will say this was the first time l got salty gizzards from Lisa's.
