The food was great (the wings and the breadsticks were warm and savory) The Custom Round Pizza arrived a bit cold. It didn't stay in the oven long enough to warm up the veggies with the pizza and parts of the pizza's cheese was cold.

Ive never been give something this undercooked from here. Ive ordered a dozen times and this was hands down the worst experience. It's like they dumped a can of pineapples on top rushing and barely drained it and you can see the cheese wasnt melted. Very disappointed.

The ExtraMostBestest® Pepperoni was burnt. The Crazy Bread® was not fully cooked and was basically dough. I did not get any Crazy Sauc®e. Instead, I was given cheesy jalapeño sauce. This was terrible. And im seeking a refund
