Chicken was good and warm but the fries were cold so will get the Mac and cheese next time

These are a favorite of mine and I buy them from the store quite frequently as all three of my grandchildren love them. tonight they were dried up, not moist and at a tooth breaking level, not at all appetizing. I had 2 of them with a salad and threw the rest away. really disappointed.
