Pork cutlet was so thin there was more breading than meat. Scalloped potatoes were missing entirely. The spiced honey bourbon glazed winter squash was bitter, what kind of spice was that?

Nachos not to my liking. The cheese sauce is not a cheese sauce. Just some watered down something. I had to put my own shredded cheese on it. The Smokey Fried Chicken Thigh, no flavor and hard to pull apart.

The smoked salmon BLT was good! The rib tips are very fatty, without much meat. The 1/2 rack ribs are good if you prefer flexible, not fall of the bone. The smoked fried chicken thighs are very good also. overall, it's pretty decent.
