I was excited to try this restaurant for the first time, the Banzai Basil Chick dish had no pesto in it & hardly any chicken . Mainly rice & tomatos, kind of flavorless, also why is the receipt from Subway?

My Acal Bowl was icy and only included granola, none of the other mentioned toppings in the item description (I.e. fresh fruit and peanut butter drizzle. It quickly became watery and unpalatable.
