A dish created by the cultural exchange of the Spaniards from the "Conquista" era of the 16th Century and the Native Mexican descendants of the Mayan / Aztec culture. Shredded beef cooked up to 4 hours with chile guajillo, ancho and pasilla. As well as a variety of spices ranging from oregano, laurel, pepper, ginger and many more.
