This review is for the birria, which was ON POINT. Coming from people who just moved from San Diego, which has numerous taco shops that make great birria, Lola's knows what they're doing. The tacos weren't scimpy on meat or cheese, we got plenty of cilantro and onions (both of which were extremely fresh) and the consume was fantastic.

I like the quesabirria tacos a lot. They had a lot of meat this time and were extra goid today. However, I decided to treat myself to flan this time. I was very disappointed because the flan was over $6 and was super tiny. I didnt like the flan taste either unfortunately. It should be mentioned how small the piece is.

We've eaten here in person and it was wonderful. However we ordered the Birria Plate R/B and it was so mediocre, almost disappointing. Good, but so basic and average. Based on the picture I was expecting some of the amazing birria juices to come with it. It was just some meat chunks and rice and beans. Tasted like pot roast and nothing like birria with the consome. I wish the picture matched what I got because I would have also ordered the comsome separately. They also did not have the pastor tacos I ordered so they called and asked if I wanted chicken or carne asada. I really didn't want either but went with asada and they were ok.

I recently ordered Birria Plate R/B and a Pozole Verde and was very impressed! I truly appreciated the way it was packaged. It was simply secured and tampered proof. It was mess free! The only con I have, is I wished more of the red salsa was dispensed.

First time trying Birria. The Quesa-Birria Tacos were excellent with all the fresh toppings and consume for dipping. Also had the aqua Agua Fresca cucumber lime which was tasty and refreshing.
