Food is always good, fast and tastes fresh. They're consistent with big portions and plates are always neat and clean. Best Hawaiian restaurant in Utah.

Loco Moco burger seemed to be a frozen burger over cooked with no taste. Texture was rubbery. The gravy was decent. mac salad was decent. I'm from Hawaii so I have a lot of expectations I guess. If they just perfect their burger it'll be good. Musubis I love. Fresh and good sauce. Katsu is on point.

Breading on the katsu is extremely thick. Brown rice was sweet. Will not order again.

The food looks good, but let's be real. It's the taste that matters And this tastes, like the chicken was boiled with no seasoning, and then breaded and shipped out the teriyaki chicken taste the same personally would not recommend. I'll wait till mobetta opens on Monday.
