we did Door Dash 4 times...2 of those times we were canceled without explanation but the 2 times we did get delivery the food was spot on. We decided to go on person to the Restaurant. it is an older building but it was clean and the Staff was absolutely Fantastic. They bent over backwards to make sure things were as exact as it was supposed to be. Not letting the 2 cancelations keep us from ordering again and again.

I remember when there was a time when long John silvers's fish and chicken tasted so fresh,crisp, and flavorful. Now it's just bland. I don't know if they've changed something in their batter or oil they use. Or it could be the fact they don't cook it fresh anymore and let it soak in a pan of oil after it's cooked cause it sure seem very greasy. Do better or you'll wind up going out of business for sure.

Food especially chicken tasted burnt. Did not send enough malt vinegar. Should list to sell by the bottle like they use to do. Rice was bland but added things to it to give flavor. We have only have delivery from here because the 2 times we stopped by the restaurant the doors were locked so instead of going through the slow drive thru we went to Chick-fil-A. We are new to the area and have always lived Long John Silvers in other areas we have lived but this one needs some Management supervision.
