The food is consistently great from Loopy's. We order from here regularly both delivery and eat in. Owner is courteous and always follows requests. The vegetable fried rice is delicious. Donkatsu is crisp and well seasoned. 8 pc Fried Pork Dumplings are so good and crisp. Dunk them in the sesame salad dressing!! Spicy pork, beef, chicken, fried shrimp, cheesesteak, and steaks are all equally amazing. The main deterrent at the restaurant is price. You'll easily spend $4/50 here for two people without tip, delivery fees, etc. For pretty basic ingredients, their overhead costs are either enormous or profit is high. Regardless, the food is good enough to enjoy this place as a date night delivery or treat!

They changed the tofu soup and it no longer has a large prawn and big mussels in it. I got two tiny sandy mussels and 3 frozen shrimp. This is a $20 soup.

I love all the good! The chicken was so tender and the do katsu crispy and juicy. The vegetarian fried rice was so delicately and carefully prepared. Absolutely delicious.
