The pizza was phenomenal. The sauce was very good and the crust was nice and dense and fluffy on the inside.You could tell this was a fresh, homemade pizza. The garlic knots were also large and very good. Everything arrived nice and hot as well. Will absolutely purchase again.

I ordered the Wood-Fired Americana with hot honey drizzle Friday, April 4 and had a problem with my dasher and the order. The issue with the Dasher had absolutely nothing to do with the restaurant, but when I called in and spoke with the manager and shared with her what happened, she was completely sympathetic. I know this place gets busy, yet she was very courteous, patient, and attentive during our phone call and even offered me a credit toward my next order! This is how customer service is done! I appreciate the staff's commitment to excellence at Lorenzo's...Great pizza and GREAT people!

First time ordering from the Lorain Pizza restaurant the honey Parmesan Ten Wings was delicious The pizza I had extra cheese pepperoni sausage mushrooms and banana peppers the pizza on top was good but the bottom crust was burnt dissatisfied with that
