After struggling with my appetite for a few days, the lomo saltado was exactly what I needed to feel hungry and truly EAT. The sauce that comes with the fried yuca has inspired me to cook again. 10/10 would recommend to feed your body, heart, and soul!! Bonus: the to-go container for the entree is a dishwasher/microwave safe type, so we saved them for food prep
