• DoorDash orderLotus might not boast the flashiest decor, but what it does offer, it does with undeniable mastery. And that mastery is most gloriously evident in their pork fried rice. While I haven't explored every corner of their menu, the sheer perfection of their pork fried rice is enough to guarantee my return. If you're looking for authentic, well-executed Chinese comfort food, and especially if you're on a quest for the perfect pork fried rice, Lotus is a must-try.

• DoorDash reviewQuality is consistently good, even after the recent change to a new owner. Salt and pepper anything is the right flavor. Dishes aren't overly salty or drowning in sauce. Rice is always cooked just right.
Got the flower chicken for the first time and will definitely be getting it again!
