This was the best cashew chicken I have ever eaten!
The chicken was perfect, the vegetables were cooked exactly the right amount to still have their texture and flavor, and there were lots and lots of cashews.
And when you order size "large" you get a LOT of food - easily two meals' worth.

Garlic chicken was sweet, thought it would be a bit more savory. Portions were huge. Large was definitely worth it.
Taste wise nothing is offensive. Its just good, not great, but good. Will probably order again in the future.

I ordered the sesame chicken combination and you get a lot of food for your money but it was burnt and tasted bitter. My husband had better luck with the Mongolian shrimp. Wontons were burnt but ok, dumplings delicious.

If you order from Lotus Chinese Kitchen you MUST have the Chicken With Garlic Sauce!! with the extra garlic sauce. ITS THE BEST!! So delicious and the portion is on point.

When recooking the meal, I found myself with an abundance of onions, but a distinct shortage of meat and bell peppers. Despite the imbalance of ingredients, I pressed on, determined to make the most of what I had on hand. It was okay I've had better with more flavor elsewhere.
