The catfish was fried absolutely perfectly. Not too hard and not too soft. It was perfect, hot, crunchy and crispy yet flaky and juicy. Whoever is in that kitchen, keep them there and give them a raise!

Well I'm back, as we ate the meal, it began to taste bland or just regular or not tasteful, didn't really enjoy. I remember eating Louisiana Chicken years ago and it was good but now everything has changed for the worse, including people. The fried rice folks is not really fried rice, just rice that maybe have been cooked in butter and spices, a couple of peas, egg pieces and no other vegetables. The box the 8 piece Chicken came in, was wet from moisture and when pulled out the bag, all fell apart. I was slow to take out of plastic bag so all the chicken fell into bag and not onto table or floor causing a greasy mess, so was thankful for that he-he. What happened to the sides, corn, cornbread and greens? They were not there to order? Lastly, I don't think it's a "good" thing to order food-chicken too early like when they 1st. open up because from looking, feeling, smelling and tasting the chicken, you can tell it "Was-Not" cooked this morning but ElPollo does cook every morning.

whenever I get food from this place, there is no issues. But I only have some minor issues one is the chicken meat too dry and fries were a bit underseasoned.

Chicken was good, mashed potatoes & gravy was bland and needed seasoning. The macaroni salad was good.
