Would be 5 stars had they simply put French vanilla creamer eiher in the bag or in the coffee as instructed ! The baked goods however are simply outstanding! So a solid 4 stars for Lowder today !

I am at work and door dashed Lowder Baking Company. I ordered and paid for three things. The bag was stapled. I opened it in front of four other nurses. Only two of my items were in the bag. I called Lowder and spoke to two people who told me they KNEW the entire order was there, and “I don’t know what to tell you!”. They were so rude!! PS, I’m also still hungry!
