The Lucho is a unique pulled pork (Pibil) omlet. A local favorite on the Cancun peninsula of Mexico . It's now my favorite also. Unique flavor with the caramelized onions and some mild citrus fruit flavor in the Pibil. There is quite a large portion also.

My absolute favorite brunch spot. The owners are SOOO kind and the food is top tier. The chilaquiles are my favorite and its a big portion!! Also highlight to the benedicts!

Just in town a few days dogsitting. We did a little research and found this place
Wow!
The chilequiles with cochinita pibil are so authentic! I scuba dive in the Yucatan quite often, and this is the best I've ever had in the states!
We also had the chile relleno stuffed with chorizo and eggs, so delicious and so filling - just enough for a great snack later today.
I can't wait to try some of the other dishes, probably lunch tomorrow!!
