wrong item completely. you put tamales instead of the enchiladas. Spoons were provided but this needs a fork.
who verified this?
communicate that you don't have what was requested and then refund the money.
now you are reading this right? make it right or continue on not caring. because one day someone might just have something to come in and say something about your lack of customer service. but who cares right? the store just keep the money I earned for you lack of competency.
