So good!! Americano and Honey Nut Latte were delicious. The pastries were hot, fresh, crispy, and decadent. Croissants were to die for. Breakfast delivery can be disappointing, so happy to find such high quality at Lucky Lab!

What I love about Lucky Lab is that they refuse to follow the trend of insanely overly sweet hot coffee drinks. I ordered a Hot Latte twice and both times the vanilla flavor and seeetness was perfect (just a hint, just sweet enough). If you like the sugary concoctions of a certain unmentioned national coffee chain this may not be for you. The light sugar theme carries into their bakery items. The scone of the day and blueberry muffin were both very low on sugar. I really appreciate they do this, but just having been on a super unhealthy sugar kick it was hard for me to truly enjoy either one as my body really craved more sweetness. I look forward to trying again once I've detoxed on sugar...

The cappuccino didn't arrive very cappuccino-esque. I would have expected some foam. But everything is very tasty, especially the gluten free blueberry muffin.

As someone rather picky about my coffee, Lucky Lab is a genuine contender for the top spot in Austin with Merit or Houndstooth. With a veritable onslaught of seasonal flavors that are genuinely novel, this is a delight. The pastries and in house specialties are also significantly better than average, especially for this city.
