The House Special. Grandma Noodle /本楼炒面 and C10. Chicken Cashew Nut /C腰果鸡 combo arrived safely, and everything tasted great! The portions were very generous. The sweet and sour sauce for the included egg roll and two dried wantons was really good. Thank you for the tasty meal.

The worst Chinese food I've eaten. The Sweet Sour Chicken /甜酸鸡 was flavorless. Even with sweet&sour sauce it was barely edible. The Teriyaki chicken/串鸡 was grilled meat with no Teriyaki. The fried rice was bland. Shanghai is a great Chinese restaurant if you want to skip out on disappointment.

There was barely any chicken in the sweet and sour chicken. It was mostly breading. Do not waste your time ordering. The egg rolls were very small and lacking filling and flavor.

Food was really good, especially the Dry. Fr. String Bean/干煸四季豆 is my fav. I also like the Cumin Lamb /孜然羊肉 but their portion is very little as described in the photo. Overall it great!

We ordered an old favorite and a variety of things we hadn't tried before. It was nice to finally find MuShu Pork in Fargo. Maybe not the most flavorful I've ever had, but they gave me plenty of plum sauce as requested and the meat and vegetables were spot on, pork tasty and tender. Pancakes were extra thin flour tortillas, better than many, but not the homemade ones that come with MuShu on west and east coasts, which hold together much better and are more flexible. These did taste good rolled around the filling though. The Scallion Pancakes were a bit burnt on one side and greasy - can't recommend. The Meatball and Cabbage Soup was simple but quite tasty, especially when I added kimchi to it. The meatballs were a little sparse in the soup, but very tender and nicely flavored. The Kimchi itself was tasty and pretty mild, as kimchi goes. Also ordered the Curry Chicken Fried Rice which was a bit dry. However, before I added the plum sauce to the MuShu, I drained off the excess liquid onto the rice and stirred it in - Delicious! Highly recommended. The Chinese Donuts were good when hot and fresh. They do not keep or taste that great cold.
