This was everything! I have tried a lot of Pho and this by far the best Ive had! The broth was delicious and the brisket was smoked to perfection. As a visitor i'll make it my mission to stop back again when I come back to Brooklyn

very solid Smoked Brisket Banh Mi sandwich! as the name implies it is not necessarily the most authentic Banh Mi you can get, but it's still quite tasty and a good price point too. I wish it came with liver pate but I will have to keep looking.

The brisket roll were very good, the brisket was nice and tender. The side order of noodles even though they were all stuck together were pretty good, the creme caramel was delicious, not too sweet and has a nice creamy consistency. I was disappointed in the garlic aioli bread, it was cold and looked like it was just throw together. I was also disappointed in the peanut sauce. It's was very sweet and tastes more like hoisin sauce than a peanut sauce.
