wow! what a find! the food was spot on. I had the Chicharron de pollo bowl and it was perfection. a House Salad really hit the spot, to counted balance the Side of Pernil 8 Oz. I got the black Beans and they had a ton of flavor. lastly the Empanada de carne was really full and tasty.

I ordered the Trifongo which has sweet plantains, however, they didn't add any sweet plantains even though they charged me $2 more for it! I called and was told they couldn't help me until "The Manager" came in, and they didn't know when that would be!!!

Had a Carne Frita delivered to my hotel room. It was delicious!!! I am first generation Borikua. The taste was spot on. I will recommend this place to my friends in Dallas. We sorely need one of these in my neck of the woods. 5 STAR!!!
