Sweet and tangy. Perfect light salt throughout. Pork was cooked very tender. The portion was ok for $20.

These pics were taken after we enjoyed some of the food. The Fish Balls came in a quantity of 9, 3 on each pincho and the Bistek Silog Sizzlers had a beautiful fried egg on top of the rice. All fresh and deliciously prepared.
