Fish was tasty as usual but they didnt put my bread or hot sauce with it mind you I had 3lbs of fish... I would like for them to give the option of crispy and extra crispy. Hush puppies and lemon cake are always fire.

I typically order two basa snack packs at least once a week, sometimes twice because of the price and amount of food you get for the price. On both orders tonight, I literally only got two basa nuggets. That has NEVER happened before. Totally disappointed. Never happed with mad jacks before and totally unexpected!

That catfish strips always to perfection, the breading vs fish ratio! The hush puppies is my fav though, if they are drained from the grease right after they are perfect. The cake is super moist I'm upset they only put 1 slice when I ordered 2 but the flavor is awesome. My husband loves their wedges over fries. Honestly they don't disappoint!

Excellent! Catfish Strips always hot and fresh with generous portions. Extra bread requested and received, plenty of hot sauce. Potato Salad always fresh.
