Mad Mex is one of my favorite places to eat. The Wing Wrap is hands down my favorite with the honey chipotle bbq sauce. It's big enough that I can eat half with half the chips and salsa for lunch one day and the other half the next.

I'd give it a 3.5 if I could. Fries never travel well so I wont hold that against them and Mad Mex Chips & Salsa were standard.
Unfortunately the Crispy Baja Fish Tacos were not crispy. It had way too much slaw and made everything a bit soggy. It did have a lot of fish so you do get a big amount protein for the money but the breading felt underdone. I don't know how the inside fish was tender and flaky but the breading seemed not brown enough imo.

Waffle Fries were a little hard but solid crunch, could've been softer. The Wing-O-Rito's were a mess, delish! But a mess, bring a fork because it's not a real burrito. you need to grill them longer so that the tortilla is stronger, I should be able to hold my own meat in my hands, not have it flop apart the second I pick it up. Also I got the mild Korean bbq, it was spicy, it shouldn't be spicy, especially when you don't have a bbq flavor basic. The Grilled Corn on the Cob was amazing, great add on. Portions were strong, I was so full after. Everything seemed fresh, I would order again!

I'm so happy that this back on the menu! It's the perfect seasonal quesadilla, and such an original version! The crab is generously portioned and the combination of the sweet crab, the vegetables and the cheese is just delicious! To whoever came up with is quesadilla, thank you thank you thank you! I'll be sad when it leaves the menu at the end of summer. Highly recommend this dish!

The fire roasted salsa changed. It's super watery and all you can taste is liquid smoke. The queso turned to a solid within minutes. I hope this is a temporary change! We were super let down and pitched them. Please bring back the XX cheese and the old salsa!
