The potato balls (4) are magical. I am not a spicy person, so I opt for the garlic dip. My fav breakfast treat.

Chicken needs more flavor, bad cut of chicken aswell. Only 75% of the meat was edible. strawberry matcha latte was pretty much just jam at the bottom. no straw or utensils so drink experience was tolarable at best. Pretty lack luster. Also no gouda on my tots. Expensive yet mid to be honest.

Delicious food! The Dirty Tots are insanely good, somehow they arrive crispy even topped with the curry sauce, and the egg is cooked perfectly. Same can be said about the Curry Moco which comes with rice. It's a huge portion, and I like getting a side of extra curry sauce to go along with it. And don't miss the fried chicken, it's crispy and tender, and perfectly seasoned.

My family loves Mad Yolks! The food is fantastic, with a strong Asian flair that hits for us.
The BAE is delicious, if not a little messy due to the soft scrambled eggs, but that comes with the delicious territory of super fluffy and moist scrambled eggs. The sriracha aioli gives it a very mild kick and the caramelizes onions lend savory sweetness.
The Mad Yolk entree is delicious as well, but if you are hungry or looking for value, try one of their other items. It's a fantastic little dish, and the potatoes with bacon bits and coddled egg are delicious, but for the price I think you are for mostly paying for the jar it comes in, but it really is delicious. A suggestion the owners -- consider a larger jar and portion for a little more to make it a meal. The cost to you will be comparable and the value to the customer will be so much better.
We also love their dirty tots with Japanese curry and crispy fried egg!!! Super delicious, and a great value. Highly recommend.
Lastly their fried chicken sandwich is the bomb. That Taiwanese fried chicken is outrageously good.
Overall, you cant go wrong at mad yolks!

I got the Forager salad with bacon bits added! Very tasty! The vinaigrette didn't look like it would coat the salad because of how dense the greens were, but it did! I just wish the Brussels were fried and not raw, or at least cut smaller. That's a pretty rough vegetable to eat in its raw state.
