• DoorDash orderEverything I have eaten here has been awesome. The Beijing Noodles with Soybean Paste are a fave, as are the Pan Fried Pork Dumplings (6), garlic fried noodles, Shanxi Shaved Noodle Soup and fried rice. The noodles are hand pulled and everything is made to order.

• DoorDash orderI ordered 2 orders of Beef Short Rib . from the look of the photo, I figured it would make a good dinner, which came to 35.00 with the fees and tip. I received 2 very small foam storage. the ribs were quite black, from overlooking. and the picture makes them look maybe a little smaller than 1/4th inch thick, we'll they were closer to razor thin. I finished them all in about 5 minutes and sitting here hungry for dinner. And they are VERY salty. I know the Short Ribs are a starter, but they really need to post a more realistic picture. I heard the food is great here, but it isn't the Short Ribs. now I have to get some dinner.

• DoorDash orderThe Scallion Pancake were amazing!! Chewy on the inside & crispy on the outside. I am so glad I decided to order two! The House Fried Rice had a generous portion of meat & flavorful! I almost wish the Braised Egg and Pork had sweetness to it but I wasnt a huge fan. The Garlic Chicken Fried Noodles is more on sweeter side - also wasnt a huge fan of this dish. I would totally keep ordering different items off the menu though!!

• DoorDash orderUsually I love everything I order from this place but tonight I got the Curry Chicken Rice and it was 70% sopping wet rice, 25% peppers, and 5% chicken. The Garlic Chicken Fried Noodles also lacked in chicken severely and was mainly noodles. Super disappointing but at least the Sichuan Wonton in Chili Oil was delicious as always.

(better than the shrimp variety as the shrimp were over cooked)
The beef fried rice was rich flavorful and not short on veggies and egg like many places. Devoured it.
Will definitely be ordering from here again and telling friends!
