The food is good and not extremely spicy but the Bhindi Masala did not have enough okra and had large chunks of onions which had more onions than okra. Okra is cheap and doesn't cost a lot.

There was very little dal in the dal makhni. Only liquid. Literally a spoon worth of dal. We order from this place regularly. Disappointed this time. Please do better or else you will lose regular customers.

As always, everything was spectacular.
The Paneer Tikka or Mint Paneer Tikka was perfectly marinated.
The Paneer Kulcha, Onion Kulcha and Paratha were so soft and chewy.
The Palak Paneer, Saag Corn or Sarson Ka Saag was aromatic and flavorful.
The Chicken Tikka Masala used av perfect blend of spices.
And the Chana Masala tasted like my grandmother's.
Would absolutely recommend!!

Tasty saag. Spice level was higher than the 2/6 I requested. The portions were good for the price but add rice (doesn't come with EXCEPT for the chef recommendation specials - those come with a naan and rice although it is not noted). Rice was not aromatic, just basic. Will order again, good value and super fast delivery.

We ordered pickup from Maharaj and decided to try their Maharaj Dinner Special and Maharaj Mix Grill. We liked the tandoori chicken, seekh kebab and the tikkas but the curries were just okay. The butter chicken was on the sweeter side, the Rogan Josh was nice and mild but did not taste authentic like the way Kashmiri Rogan Josh tastes. This was cooked with onions and the original recipe has no onion or garlic. The dal makhani was very watered down. On microwaving to warm the food, the dal and water just separated. The dal at their Northbrook location is very good so we expected the same quality here buy were let down. The biggest disappointment was the Naan. They were so thick that they felt like a big blob of dough that was not rolled out properly or even cooked. We threw the breads out as they were inedible. Rice was good and so were the Gulab Jamun. What really stood out were the tandoori or grill items.
