We love Maharani Indian. The owners and staff are so welcoming and kind. The food is consistently delicious and it is something we savor when we order.
Our absolute favorite is the Navratan Korma. It is creamy and has a good mild flavor. The Tikka Masala is a good pair as well as some spicier dishes.

I have been to numerous Indian restaurants throughout the east coast. The Baighan bhartha tastes actually gross. They put way too much turmeric in it, and it isn't spicy at all. The texture also feels weird. They sent me the wrong brand of beer and did not communicate that to me. Finally, the firni isn't edible. The texture is not of custard, but of congealed jelly, and the flavor does not taste sweet at all, even though it's supposed to be a dessert. Firni is supposed to be light yellow in color, not pumpkin orange. Overall, this is the first time I have not been able to finish my food when ordering from an Indian restaurant, and it's very frustrating because I spent almost $70.

I placed a pick up order but decided to eat there since it was super close to my job. The staff were super friendly! They brought me a cup of ice water & even offered to give me more rice when I was down to just a little bit. I guess they could tell I was really enjoying it lol Will definitely be coming back! 5 stars!

The Paneer Makhani, Chaat Papri, and Garlic Naan were all fresh, hot and delicious, as usual. The quality of the food and service at Maharani is always excellent. Have been a customer for several years.
