This is my favorite bakery, they always get my order correct and the food tastes amazing. I'm trying cafe con leche for the first time and it's genuinely the best coffee I've ever had. I think I'm in love <3

sandwich was small. pork that replaced the ribs order, the pork skin still had hair on it, not much seasoning. very bland. not sure if it's just the cook today, but maikel kitchen, the cook is much better

6 Churros de Dulce de Leche / 6 Dulce de Leche Churros were freshly made and crispy even though it was late at night , theyre good but the dulce de leche is not as sweet as I imagined , the Tartaleta de Coco aka the coconut creme pie is delicious and a good portion The Marquesina de Dulce de Leche / Dulce de Leche Marquise is so moist and creamy everything seem very fresh to me , it's a very efficient bakery that's open 247 and the freshness and big portions is the cherry on top

i told Maikels bakery that it was a hard time for me because i have to say goodbye to my dog. his favorite food was their cubans, chicken, and cakes. i could only afford the sandwich this time because his bill will be expensive. They sent the sandwich i ordered, PLUS a piece of chicken, & a guava and cheese pastry for free. they also send a very sweet letter. this is an amazing place. my pup is enjoying his meal so so much. i will be forever grateful. god bless them all!
Le dije a la panadería Maikels que era un momento difícil para mí porque tenía que despedirme de mi perro. Su comida favorita eran sus hamburguesas cubanas, pollo y pasteles. Esta vez solo pude pagar el sándwich porque su cuenta iba a ser cara. Me enviaron el sándwich que pedí, además de un trozo de pollo y un pastel de guayaba con queso gratis. También me enviaron una carta muy dulce. Este lugar es increíble. Mi cachorro está disfrutando muchísimo de su comida. Les estaré eternamente agradecido. ¡Que Dios los bendiga a todos!

bread on Cuban was over toasted and dry like it was pressed with oil and not butter. ingredient ratios were inconsistent throughout the sandwich with some spot having a lot of mayo or mustard but no meat and vice versa. empanada had a lot of filling but even more dough.
