Not sure if someone was having a bad day, but both burgers had burned buns. Not much flavor like the ones in the past. Burgers & fries were very cold when we received them.

My fries were super cold, cheese was overcooked and NOT loaded, burger had NO condiments (garlic aioli mayo ketchup nothing) my donut holes were BURNT and came w/no dipping sauce im completely disappointed.

The burger is great. Reminds me of room service. The fries are nice as well. The wings are ok.

French fries were completely old stale in hard, as well as the over fried tortilla chips with the queso that I purchased. Only thing that was good was the hamburger and the fry donut holes. What is so ridiculous is that I live two minutes away from this restaurant the food should have been hot and fresh not given old food. DoorDash said they couldn't do anything about it so I called the restaurant no one picked up the phone. I will be contacting them tomorrow. This is extremely ridiculous on DoorDash part as well as main event.
