• DoorDash orderThe Maui Vanilla Latte was perfect 🥰 and very tasty! would recommend 👌especially with my added Carmel drizzle and delicious Kona Cloud. The tea was perfect 🥰 as well. Makenna does Not dissapoint! Delicious drinks and Coffee 24/7.

• DoorDash orderTerrible customer service. Walked in the building a few minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and was not greeted or acknowledged in any way. Only two customers were using wifi in the lounge and 3 people waiting who had ordered already. After standing at the counter for pickup for a few minutes and not a single staffer wanted to make eye contact with me I decided to flag down the main cashier. She informed me it was just being made or finished. I stood for at least another few minutes when finally a young man asked me if I was waiting to order more. I said no I just want need my coffee so I can go back to work. I guess it was finished and they set it on a table out of the way but never decided to mention it to the customer it was done. Nice. Thanks for making me late to work. The young inexperienced staff have a long way to go. I hope they get the training and or leadership they need.
