3 stars just because they dont offer holiday drinks options on certain drinks on app, for example: option to add gingerbread syrup to Chai tea and the amount to add. Need to fine tune app options. Use Starbucks as an example. They have great Matchas!

Matcha is great! Just wish they would offer seasonal flavors to add in Matchas and Chai Teas. Also, they do put a little sticker over the hole you sip from but they need to put a strong longer sticker/tape on the lid itself sticking it too the cup for deliveries. Too help possibly prevent anyone else from drinking from your cup (safety) and to help w/ any possible spillage.

2 Stars is because they don't answer phone when we call or return messages and emails and we really need some questions answered prior to ordering. Sometimes as we may need larger quantities of certain menu items (want to verify if available) &/ or info. regarding drinks for our business orders. Also, lately the egg in the egg sandwiches have been smaller and have being slightly overcooked making them a tougher consistency. One last thing, it would be really great if in the seasonal drinks they would offer a Hot Pumpkin flavored Matcha or at least add pumpkin syrup as a choice on the delivery app menu. We have had to order this drink from other coffee shops many times which is unfortunate as we prefer Makenna's Matchas. The Matcha is REALLY good just wish they had the seasonal flavors for it. Would love to give them more business but its hard to with these few issues.
