Everything ive ordered from here is delicious. The Salted Caramel Latte and empanadas are all divine. This is my favorite place to eat when I visit Vegas.

First of all, we ordered a bulletproof coffee and got a cup full of cream. No coffee.
Second, I ordered the power lunch bowl, which says it comes with roasted carrots, but they are still extremely hard. I understand that you don't want them mushy, but you do want them to be soft enough to bite easily and to have a bit of carmelization on them. Otherwise, they have no flavor! I like the idea of this restaurant, but the execution is quite poor.

I think these are amazing!!! I have yet to find vegan empanadas that are this stellar. Worth it.

Chilaquiles overpriced, soggy, full of red onions. I thought it would be garnished with red onions, but literally, the whole meal had hot soggy onions throughout. Sauce is tangy with no heat. If you like authentic Mexican food do not order this. This is the avocado toast of chilaquiles (if that makes sense)
