My estimated order time was 10 mins. I got there after a 10 min drive home from work where I proceeded to wait another 30 mins. ( being generous probably longer). Only spoke to by the worker twice both times she was short and had 0 sense of urgency. Employees were seen on phones, talking with friends etc. Finally got called for my order and no apology given for the wait only a harsh request to see my confirmation. Which I had shown 3x already to the same employee. Extremely oblivious and unapologetic staff. Let them know it would be helpful to update DoorDash wait times so people avoid this.
Usually love the bowls and they taste amazing. This time I also came home and found my order was also made wrong.
