Combo #1 never lets me down, perfect portion for the price. The white sauce to the side makes it but it's juicy and flavorful even without it. Do yourself a favor and try the cannellini bean salad too, simple but delicious!!

Second time ordering Maman Joon. Super delicious. Ive had the chicken, ground chicken, and Koobideh. Hard to decide which is best but always want that chicken. You gotta order the green chutney extra and I had to call to get Sumac. Im accustomed to these being routine is my only gripe. With those I honestly feel they are better than Moby Dick! I got the okra stew and just didnt care for the cinnamon. Im sure it's a great example of the dish... just not my thing. Can't wait to try the entrees.

Beef was tough with bad taste and smell. Chicken was dry and rice overcooked. Poor quality overall. I could not eat this meal and wanted to return it for a refund but door dash refused. Bad experienceall the way around. Better to use Uber Eats as they stand by the merchant'squality.

We were so excited to celebrate Ghormeh Sabzi Day by ordering this special dish to be delivered to Alleanna and Amani. We substituted salad for the rice in the second dish and it was a big salad. Also they included bread and yogurt on the side. The best place for Persian Food in DC!
