Underwhelming
A thin layer of lunch meat turkey on generic white bread. No big chunks of cranberry sauce as shown in the picture, just very thinly spread cranberry cream cheese. Not worth $15.00. I could have made a better sandwich myself.
This sandwich comes with a bag of chips (no name, in a cellophane bag) and a pickle, so don't make the mistake I did and pay extra for the chips.

The Bagel Eggwich has become my go-to breakfast order. Besides the generous portion size (bagels as big as your head), the choice of meat, cheese and bagel variety makes it almost infinitely customizable. Today I had ham and cheddar on a cheddar jelapeño bagel. The jalapeños added just enough heat without being overpowering.
Funny thing happened with my coffee order. I ordered an Americano, which I drink black, but the app wouldn't let me opt out of cream or sugar. So as a work-around, I checked sugar and then wrote "sugar on the side" in the comments.
A minute later I get a text back from the Dasher - "What kind of sugar do you want?" I hope my reply didn't confuse her. Hopefully they will fix the app to make cream and sugar optional instead of required (the same glitch occurs on the regular house coffee).
Anyway, the Dasher followed my instructions and gave me no sugar. Kudos to her for going the extra mile.

$9.75 initially seemed like a lot for a breakfast sandwich, but The Bagel Eggwich is high quality. For contrast, I recently had McDonald's version of a bagel sandwich, which is $9.99 for a combo including the sandwich, hash browns and a drink. But McDonald's version is on a fake bagel (a brioche bun baked in a bagel shape), which was not heated, with fake rubbery cheese.
This sandwich is on a real bagel (I chose the everything bagel), toasted and buttered, and uses real cheddar cheese. The contrast is like night and day.
The Cinnamon Roll did not come heated. It was wrapped in plastic wrap, with the cream cheese frosting in a separate container. I heated it in the microwave at full power (1000 watt microwave) for 30 seconds, and it was perfect. It's a good sized pastry - similar to Cinnabon's in size and quality.

The Bagel Eggwich - 5 stars. Not only are their bagels more authentic tasting than the grocery store variety, they're also twice as big. Sandwich is very customizable; you get your choice of meat, cheese, and bagel variety. Today I had sausage and pepperjack cheese on an everything bagel, but I also highly recommend the combination of ham, cheddar and an everything - cheddar bagel.
Their coffee drinks are excellent and reasonably priced; however, there is a glitch in the online ordering system. I tried to order a black Americano, but the app forced me to add cream or sugar. The same thing happened with the regular drip coffee. They need to change the cream and sugar from "required" to "optional" for these two drinks.
Café Au Lait was great, though.
