I have worked at two of the famous NY instagram pizza stores, and maybe I got lucky, but I ordered two close to perfect pizzas, every element was constant dough sauce cheese, topping , everything was fresh, as someone with experience I can tell you they did not rush, they took their time, and to the girl who commete on fresh mushroom, you made yourself look foolish.

I love Mama's pizza and normally I don't have any complaints. But this time I have a critique. The pizza has very little cheese and several of the pepperonis were burnt to a crisp. There is too much competition for every pizza that goes out the door not to be on point.

deep dish is just toooo much and the dough wasn't fully cooked. I'm sorry, the taste of it all just didn't taste good either. Could have been a bad day, I'll still give it another try

The pizza itself would have been good. unfortunately they used large canned mushrooms which were full of water and like eating rubber. Hence wet pizza!! Not wonderful.
