Yummy loved the flavor and texture of the ice cream

I requested no nuts, cherries, or whipped cream on my sundae and received all three on it. This is not the first, second, or third time it's happened either. As it that wasn't bad enough there was barely any ice cream and only a drizzle of fudge. My daughters hand packed pint with fudge had only a drizzle of fudge on top. It was suppose to be blended throughout. This maybe the last time we order online from this store. Our orders are wrong more than right. The convenience of having it delivered is overshadowed by the frustration of repeatedly getting the order wrong.

This store had no toppings for the CLASSIC SUNDAE so I said "that's okay" and also did not have ROCKY ROAD. I asked to change it to strawberry. What I received was a strawberry ice cream and a mystery sorbet. The ice cream was "icy" and not good.

Ordered hand-packed quart for delivery, at least thee times now over the last two months, and have been told they are out of ice cream each time.
