Canceled one of my items instead of calling. If the store would of called we would have changed the flavor of ice cream. Instead, they did a refund. we'll you lost another sale we now ordered from dairy queen instead.

Store sent the wrong popcorn and stated they called multiples. They did not attempt to contact me until the driver was almost here and they said there is nothing they can do. Not only would they not issue a refund but they made it feel like it was my fault for the "attempts to call me"
