I had not tried Marco's until this year. I have to give them the compliment of order accuracy. I am currently on maternity leave so I door dash a lot. They are the ONLY resturant that never messes up my order. I am a loyal customer now.

The cheese just falls off the pizza making the experience of eating it sloppy. It was hot to order and a good size. I wouldn't order the pizza again.

Hawaiian Chicken was verybland. this is not a gourmet pizza joint. Little Ceasars is better than this

we ordered on door dash but opted to pick up. it gave us a 23-30 minutes expected time. my spouse arrived at the 30 minutes time. they hadn't even started our order, it would be 45 more minutes. my spouse waited and when they said it would be 20 more minutes we asked to cancel the order, magically it was now coming out the oven and would be ready in a few minutes. the store obviously lies on the delivery time and reports faster than they actually can do. Definitely not going to use them again. maybe it's just this location and management. the pizzas were good but the Meatball Bake not so much. very dry and overcooked like it probably had been waiting under a heater for 45 minutes.
