food was good. all made correctly and tasted great. we really like the Philly Bowl and Meatball Bake .
the biggest issue is in the packaging Marcos uses. the bowls and bakes are cooked in paper baking dish, which is ok, but the lids are a joke! they have small slits on the ends that the corners of the baking dish are supposed to go into. the problem is, they don't stay on! the drivers have a horrible time. as soon as they pick them up, the lid comes off! The least Marcos could do is put these containers either inside a small pizza box or inside one of the larger plastic bags they have. at least that way, the food would be contained and not always on the verge of spilling all over.

The chicken wings were puny, dry, and cold!! The meatball sub was drenched with sauce, so soggy and the cheese was hard!! WTH? The Marco's by me in Mentor on the Lake is awesome! This place was a waste of money!

Pepperoni and tomato sauce are fresh and the crust is soft yet crispy delicious could use less salt but I prefer Marcos over anyone else thanks

My friends and family are very impressed with the sauce seasoned just right, and the crust soft,and the toppings are fresh thanks and the driver very pleasasnt .
