Good lord. This was a mistake. The portions are substantial. The ingredients are excellent which unfortunately makes eating too easy. Dang it its good.

The Taquitos were falling apart on both orders. They may want to consider not putting them on top of the lettuce because it made them soggy, and made the lettuce too warm to eat. Maybe wrap them in foil?
The red sauce on the beef enchilada tasted bitter and burnt.
The Enchiladas Verdes and rice and beans were really good.
