the Tostada Ceviche de Camarón was very good. The Taco de Marlin was cold but it did have flavor.

ceviche is an absolute yes, but I wouldn't recommend the cocktel Cocktel Camaron y Pulpo mediano. NO flavor at all.

My favorite place to get ceviche! It's loaded with shrimp and the juice is perfect!! Definitely worth it!!!

El Paisa has been one of my favorite ceviche places I've always appreciated their marinate and consistency. However I noticed when I place an order through DoorDash their shrimp ceviche isn't the same. I've ordered a few times and she shrimp is different. Which makes me wonder if they use a different batch of ceviche for takeout orders, the flavor isnt the same and the shrimp are almost frozen. I am giving them 4 stars here for doordash but if you actually eat there or order at their window I give this place 5 stars.
