Consistently the best ramen. Tantanmen with black garlic added and Tonkotsu Black are so good.

Can't count how many times I've ordered from this restaurant and I think not a month goes by that I don't eat this favorite ramen of mine. I always order their Maru Ramen. To start, the noodles are perfectly cooked, the broth is perfectly seasoned, generous with the meat included and taste very good, even the egg is just the way I like it, soft boiled with slightly jammy center. I've eaten a lot of ramens in CA and I can say this is the best one. Highly recommended! 👍

My order can be so difficult adjusting the very delicious vegan ramen. My son likes just the broth and noodles and I made those requests on DoorDash and they made it perfectly! Maru is definitely our favorite spot in town!
We have eaten indoor as well and the service is alway amazing.

I didn't think spicy was going to be spicy at all because whenever I choose "very spicy" on any of my food it it really spicy, but this one... this one was spicy spicy! And damn, was it good! I can handle spicy and this one hit the spot! The broth was so creamy and the noodles were chewy, but kind of like.. Al dente? The noodles were boiled perfect! The chasu, delicious!

I got the Akamaru spicy ramen and it was super flavorful. It delivered extra hot and ready to just be mixed and ate. The best part was the broth and the egg. Well made and amazing ingredients
