Food is always delicious, but the person packing my order made a couple mistakes. Didn't include a straw and got one of my tempura items wrong. I'll probably go in person next time.

Tempura are good. Nikutama noodle soup has too little broth, so the noodles don't have much flavor.Also, the Miso Udon of soup and noodles weren't separated when they were packed, so by the time they arrived, the noodles had all become soggy.

The Beef udon was packaged nicely, keeping the broth separate from the udon. The tempura tasted delicious and the dipping sauces were there which is a sign they read the order in detail. I was glad they stapled a piece of paper that had instructions on how to reheat the broth and tempera should you want it warmer! Overall will order from here again!

Very disappointed with my most recent order, the Big Chicken Katsu that I received were the size of my finger and also terriblly overcooked to the point where they were becoming burned. The past times ie ordered there were none of these problems... it seems like they didn't bother quality check these this time. Last time I ordered I received great size and quality Big Chicken Katsu which is why ordered them again this time. But it seems ill be avoiding this in the future so I do not have quality control issues
