I really enjoy Nikutama Udon. It is my go-to Udon, whenever I go to this restaurant.
The noodle is soft. The soup is slightly salty, but well-balanced. The beef is sweet.
Everything about Nikutama is perfect.

The temperature of the food was perfect when I brought it home. My only complaint is, since the brown bag was sealed, I did not notice , til I got home, it was missing the tempura flakes, and the scallions, which I feel would have made a huge difference in the taste of my dinner tonight.. This was a pick up, by the way. No other vegetables are included with this dish, by the way. You would have to order extra, if you would like..

Chicken katsu came uncooked on the inside, with juices running pink when cut. This was even with the dasher waiting 30 minutes at the retaurant to pickup the food. The delay is understandable if the restaurant is busy, but undercooked chicken should not happen
